Aluminium Scaffolding Dual width with Staircase

1. Frames: -

The aluminum tubes used for making the scaffolding towers are made with Grade: Alloy 6005 T6 our H frame is 7 Rungs are in every2.00 meters in height.

Each H frame of 2 meters Height with spigot made-up of 50 mm with 2 mm thickness dia Aluminum Alloy round pipes are fully Aluminum welded.

2. Brasses Horizontal & Diagonal: -

Self-auto-locking snap braces are spring-loaded horizontally and diagonally Crimping for maximum strength and durability. Aluminum thickness50/2mm.

3. Working Platform:-

Working platform made up of Aluminum Alloy rectangular sections 75x25x2.00mmthickness fitted with side claws hook, lifting ring, and trapdoor systems. Fitted with Damp Proof Multy Layer Glued Highly Compressed Imported Birch Plywood with Phenolic Resin Coatedwith Slip-Resistant Surface, waterproof and fire retardant. It can place at any required height. loading capacity 270 kgs.

4. Adjustable Outrigger ONLY AFTER 6 METERS HEIGHT: -

Adjustable outrigger (stabilizers) Spring loaded with handle adjustment can be connected to the structure of freestanding scaffolding towers fitted with clamps and rubber bungs.

5. Castor Wheels: -

Breakable castor wheels heavy duty with a load rating of 900 Kgs. With 12inches adjustment for even areas like steps, staircase, and sloping rungs.

6. Staircase Ladder: -

Internal staircase ladder with flat nonslip corrugated steps fitted with claws and locking system rectangular sections 73x33x2mm thickness.
